Heart Broken

I submitted my first poem about three years ago. I went into try and find it, and it was gone. They told me that it probably was kick out of the system, but I am worried some one has it. They are telling me that they are going to put my poem in their book, I do not want it there. They are making money, and I am not. I wish I new that they had so many complaints, about this company. I would not had submitted so many poems. BBB's need to take them out. This is obsurbed, that they are still on the web. I called to try to talk to Howard Ely, they told me that he doesn't take calls.
