Used deceptive and persuasive words to lure me

I got call from asf aroung june a woman called me saying that I qualified for a goverment grant of minimun of $4500 us dollars based
on my wages made during the past year and that I am to send a processing fee of $359 to get me started, And that she would need my banking account information to withdraw funds from account, Step 1 this was for me, The Step 2 was for me to await in the mail 4 to 6 weeks for a form to fill out and to mail it back as soon as possible and there on i would recieve my funds 72 hours after they recieved the form they mailed to me. I called 3 days later to find out based on the information i sent that it will take longer for me get a check more like 8 to 12 weeks and if dont recieve a call or check to call back for a refund its been almost 3 months since they have got my money
