Paid Account Still Shows Active and Derogatory After 3 Years

I have tried vigorous times to contact Jefferson Capital/Fingerhut in regards to a derogatory account. The above described account was already payed in full 3 yrs. ago. However, on my credit report, it still shows as active and derogatory.

There is no way to contact this company. I have even gone as far as sending certified mail and explaining the problem. No one has contacted me yet (it's been 2 yrs.)

I don't even know where to begin to clear this account from my credit report. They are perpetrators and bogus!
