Took my money, and left derogatory on my credit report. Status... Opened

I have tried vigorous times to contact JEFFERSON CAPITAL/FINGERHUT in regards to a derogatory account. The above described account was already payed in full 3 yrs. Ago. However, on my credit report, it still shows as active and derogatory.

THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY. I have even gone as far as sending certified mail and explaining the problem. NO one has contacted me yet (it's been 2 yrs.)

I don't even know where to beging to clear this account from my credit report. They are perpetrators and bogus!
