I was billed twice this month for $12.00 and for numerous months and I have just found out who these people are. It was for the "Free" credit report. I called to cancel what I should never have been charged for in the first place and spent most of the time talking to an idiot who tried to sell me on keeping the service. This is a ripoff, no doubt about it. How they could still be operating on-line is beyond me.
