Webchex International
Took my money wont give it back

I got an e-mail from webchex international saying I was approved for a 10,000 dollar loan. They said I would Pay 124 dollars for the initinal payment and my payments would be 24 dollars a month thereafter. They ended up taking two 124 dollar payments and two 24 dollar payments out of my checking account.

When I contacted them about it they said it wasn't a loan it was like a savings account that I couldn't touch I told them I didn't want it and asked them how to get my money back they told me to go to the cancellation page print a written request form and fax it. I did and they told me their supervisor was looking it over and to get back to them in a week now their website is gone and I cant get ahold of anyone to get my money back.
