Capital First Benefits
Rip-off ripped off and scammed

Education & Science

I was contacted by a ryan mcbeal id# 879459 from capital first benefits. I agreed to a charge of $29.95 to view what they had to offer... I never recieved the packet they promised. I have made at least a dozen phone calls... After i found out they had taken two ach debits from my account $59.95 & $99.95 these were
unauthorized debits...

I faxed them a copy of my statement along with a return reciept copy from the post office. They still have not refunded my money for something i never recieved.
Doesn't this constitute fraud mail / bank fraud? I need your help in recovering my money and exposing this company to authorities. How can they get away with this? Isn't activity like this against the law?

There has to be something we can do to recover this money, please i need your help!!! How can i stop them from taking anymore debits out? They could drain my account and i would be what? Out of luck. No!!! This is an illegal action..

Sincerely...
