What they give you is motivational cds, with no instruction on business ideas, or the acual steps how to get started for the novice, then they'll stick you with a $135.00 automatic withdrawal from your bank account every month for two years! When you stop payment they'll start threatening with lawyers. All I can say is AVOID these companies at all costs!
