Who is this organization?

I have had several problems over the years with PHH mortgage customer service reps giving false and misleading information i.E.: "we'll make a note of it on your account" and when you call back a day later, no record of your previous call is noted nor whom you spoke with. Lying about not receiving payments when you have cold hard proof they did i.E.: cancelled checks, FedEx delivery reports etc. I recently activated my on-line account with them but they won't allow me to access my current loan (what the Hell is up with that?)

PHH has represented themselves as representatives of Cendant and, most currently, Merrill Lynch. However I just received a court filing by Wells Fargo (?!) that through PHH Mortgage I haven't paid the last three month's payments on my loan when indeed I have cold hard proof that I have! The battle goes on. Oh, and like some of the other PHH "customers" I have had bank check payments mailed back to me after they swore they hadn't received them.
