On August 10 I placed an order for Girard Perregaux / GIR010 watch. The emailed confirmation: Please accept this email as confirmation your item has been shipped COD Monday August 13th, via Fed-Ex and will arrive in 2-3 business days (unless overnight shipping was selected). If a tracking number was promised to you by your sales person, an email will follow this one shortly, when your package is physically shipped.
I spoke with someone who told me his name was Mark. He assured me that Girard Perregaux / GIR010 watch would be sent out that day if I would pay COD Postal Money Order. I agreed to the terms.
The package arrived on 08-17-07 (great service) from Steven Cooper 5801 6th Avenue 95, Brooklyn, NY 11220
I opened the package and found a Patek Philippe / PAT 010 that was not what I had ordered. I called (646-386-6719) & (917-558-5942) and spoke with Mark" who assured me that replacements would be sent as soon as I will send back Patek Philippe / PAT 010 watch to Steven Cooper 5801 6th Avenue 95, Brooklyn, NY 11220

I sent back 08/24/07 Patek Philippe / PAT 010 watch via FedEx to Steven Cooper 5801 6th Avenue 95, Brooklyn, NY 11220. Tracking # 853474629736. Package was received 08/27/07 by L. SEN at the building which I found by tracking # on FedEx site.
I sent numerous emails to sales@globalreplica.com and globalreplicawatches@yahoo.com but they were left unanswered also all GlobalReplica phone numbers always either not receiving telephone calls at the
moment"mailbox" is full.
It is now going on 5 weeks and no watches or refund. I am going to call the Attorney General's office and file a fraud complaint against GlobalReplica
Today is 09-11-07 and nothing has arrived.
Have I been scammed is this a real business that will stand behind their product the way the company web site says it will?
I await a reply to my phone calls and my email.
