Total scam

I to am a victim of this company. I was debitted $32.00 & when I tried to call the company to have this taken care of I was on hold for 20 minutes & no one answered the phone. I called my bank only to be told that I had to wait for the charge to post to my account & then file a claim to get my money back. According to the bank it is a "pre-authorized" debit. I did not sign anything or agree to have any money taken from my account. I am curious to see how many other people have had this problem with this company as well.
