MBF Leasing -0 Univeral Merchant Services Falsefied a contract stole my SSN Lied about core business aligned directly to VISA rolling phone harrasment

I WAS LIED TO:
I sales person offered a modern, up-to-date method of merchant card services, that is in direct alignment with VISA, thereby skipping the middleman and saving hundreds and thousands of dollars. She even did a cost comparison analysis. We signed up and then was virtually forced to take a new type of machine - she said the one we owned was going to be obsolete within the year and we needed theirs. I still protested and wanted to back out. She then said it wouldn't cost more, as it came with the package the Merchant Services needed to have the machine on site.

Our company is an LLC with a Fed Tax ID. I never use my own SSN or home address. I know I only used the company information for any and all contractual agreements. I also knew the companyt may be closing within 12 months, as our lease was ending and our business was splitting in other directions. I state that now becaus ewhat happened next is frightening!

We did indeed close our doors and stopped all business transactions excpet to the city, state and feds... And MBF leasing. We had to close our bank account beore the LLC completely closed down to halt MBF pilfering money every month.

THE LAW WAS BROKEN:
That's when I started getting letters and phone calls to my HOME! A contract with my personal gaurentee was FORGED into a leasing contract! My signature looked like mine and SSN was used but the printing to fill out the contract was absolutely not mine.

WHAT I DID TO PROTECT MYSELF:
I blocked 800 and unknown numbers. My lawyer told me to report them to the state and federal government. I found a class action suit in NYC and I am joining that too.

MY OPINION:
The trail of misuse, flagerant distregard for the law and personal property is beyond belief and scale. This is a white collar 9/11. Yes it is terrorizing, extemely agressive, and hateful.
