I have been battling with this company for over 2 years, I definitely want to see this company go down, nothing but heartache and dishonesty with these people

This company has also threatened foreclosure with me. I have read the reports from other consumers, my story is identical to many of them. I have had to be on several re-payment plans, and each time the payments go up, for late fee charges, etc. I also have had no one who is helpful and kind.

I have reported them to the BBB in California and MN. I will continue to write letters to Congress to make this company fall flat on it's face. Whatever happened to customer courtesy? If anyone has addresses or any other information that would be useful, please e-mail me.
