Well things look real grim for any of us investors of POS from American Data Solutions. I took the offer for ADS to buy back my ten machines over the next 5 years.
The payments at first were regular then, the bottom fell right out...

I found out today that, James Davis, AKA Dennis Rogers, has taken his own life earlier this year. In his suicide note, he he claimed all responsibility for the company.
