Cigarrest
Aka le living essentials owner of cigarrest should be arrested for fraud

In August of I ordered the free trail of Cigarrest. Was billed three times for the trial once. 50 cents second time 3.95 third was like 1.50..
I ignored those small charges and then a month later was billed the 99.00.. I called the company and cancelled a month later I received my credit in my account.
Now Cigarrest was forgotten about completely.
This week its now August I find a debit in my checking account for 69.00
from a company called LE LIVING ESSENTIALS. I have no idea who these people are, what they sell, nor did i make any purchases, I called the 800 number and got a recording, no extension for customer service...
So I called my bank. Now I get really upset because my bank paid this company
when there was not even that much in my account, then to boot charge me a 74.00 FEE. So this product or whatever it is I never received nor authorized payment for cost me 145.00..
I then begin to look on the internet to find I was not the only one this has happened to and this had something to do with Cigarrest. So I called Cigarrest
The woman tells me. That it is stated in the contract that this company was allowed to have your information upon signing up for the trial. I did not find that information anywhere stated. She pretty much told me it was not their problem and offers me that silly 800 number. I agreed to nothing but a free trial period.
My credit card info was then used by I am sure CIgarrest posing as this Living essentials place. Its probably the same people. So what do we do? How do we get our Money back? This is so wrong to treat people this way and remain in Business. I am a single Parent I live on Low -income I cant afford to be robbed of what I do make. I have written to everyone I could think of on this.

I am a Christian and my thoughts just go wild on what our Lord must look upon everyday in this world. It is really evil, manipulating and very very sad.
