Withdrawal with no authorization whatsoever ripoff

To whom it may concern!
I am also disappointed of this company, firstly because this company was presented to the world through an Oprah Winfrey show. She endorsed this company and it's product lipoplex.

Secondly, when I registered to receive a trial sample for $5.49 plus shipping and handling. GREAT! I'll give it a shot. Well, what they don't say during the sign up is that you must call back within 14 days to cancel or they will bill and ship a 60 day supply to you at $99.95. You don't find this out until the charge appears on your account.

So when I called the company to inquire what the charges were about. I could not get through. The phones listed would ring until you were cut off, if you were lucky enough to get through they put you on hold until you were again cut off. No doubt because of the overwhelming calls to find out why the public was being charged for something that they did not know anything about.

The product really sucks! It doesn't work and I do not believe that it should be legal to sale and charge someone under a clause such as this. If their product is all that they say; then I WILL CALL AND ORDER AN ADDITIONAL SUPPLY ON MY OWN!

This company is a rip off!
