I ordered metabofuel 1000 as a free trial. I received my trial bottle about three weeks after i ordered it. I then noticed that $199.00 was taken out of my checking account and I called and they said you needed to cancel it within 2 weeks of ordering your free trial. I explained to them that I never had a chance to try their product and they said it is too bad. I feel they owe me my money back and after I went through hoops just to speak to an actual person it went no where. I sent a letter to the company in 2006 and never heard anything back.
