Taking money from my account without my permission! Ripoff

I payed 99 cents for cd. It wasn't even two days before the 49.95 appeard in my account! I was unable to reach them to give me back my money. I had to get a new debt card to stop this!
Please find some way to stop this rip off!
It also seems they are well connected with other sites so again i had to stop my debt card to stop that also!
