Jim kenneday caused 76 year old woman to move from Ca, to Oh, claiming To help her pick out a house,
this house was in poor shape jim claimed to know every thing on building and codes ect, she trusted him to pick out house and she would pay for it sight unseen. House was poor shape, she over paid for it. And later repairs cost her so much she lost it. The well was bad, roof,
sepic, bsmt, was molded from a flood. And she lost house as she could not sell it at price jim kenneady got it at.
I lost my kids over all this as the plan was to get my kid a way from me I found out later. Jim has moved out of town leaving her I a sm, APT. Looking over two girls 9/10
