Took Out Charges without Permission Awaiting Refund ripoff

Upon becoming a member with SMC in July I set up the monthly withdrawl of 39.95 but recently I had a 275.00 member dues unathorized debit from SMC to my bank account. I have been over 2 weeks now trying to get my money back from them! Oh, I did get an email apoligizing for the inconvience and that my RUSH refund was processed but get this, on the same day they sent the email the also deducted 39.95 member dues again out of my bank.

If you call the customer service line get prepared to stay on hold for an hour, then if you do get an actual person be prepared to get the run around or shifted to someone else. I also tried to cancel my membership and they said my 30 days were up? But I still could if I paid them 125.00 (lol) no way on earth! I guess I'm probably out of the 275.00 and stuck now with a membership that is a big ripoff.

From what I read this isn't the first Rip Off from the Speciality Merchandise Corp. And probably won't be the last!
