Sold cordless saw that never worked ripoff

Last year I purchased a 19 Volt cordless power saw. I didn't have an immediate use for it, so I put it away until the spring.

When I needed it I charged the battery for eight hours. I then attempted to use it. The battery lasted for about 30 seconds, so I recharged it again, and the same thing happened.

I contacted heartland who advised me I had the tool for over 30 days and there was nothing they could do, I even went as far as trying to purchase another battery, they stated I would have to buy another saw to get another battery. These people were very belligerent. I never will or have purched another thing from them.
