Free credit report, right. Try being charged for services rendered that are supposed to have been free. Ripoff

I went to creditreport.com and ordered my free credit report only to be charged 11.99. Now I'm not sure how this realy worked, but they've got it in their heads that I authorized this transaction. Anybody have an idea how I'm supposed to fix this?
