Liar! Cheat! Mortgage Refuses to pay

Richard Fann (allinonemortgage.com) of Cranston, RI Bought a phone from me Via ebay. Then after he received the phone, (i even had the tracking number) he refused payment through his credit card company.

So basically, this guy, that handles mortgages in Rhode Island, lied to his credit card company, ebay, and paypal just to be able to steal 139.00 from me. He must need 139.00 real bad, or he is just a crook.

Wonder how he makes a living handling peoples secure financial account information...
