Ripoff I paid for a TV dvd box set that I did not get

I paid for a TV dvd box set of Get Smart. It was ordered 7/15/07 It is now 8/10/07 and according to the tracking number I was given the post office said it should have been delivered 8/6/07. They have no information on the sender. My credit card was billed and my husband paid the bill just recently. We are going to report fraud to the insurance company to see if we can get the charges voided. When I went online to track a phone number down it stated they were a RIPOFF. I want them stopped.
