Bluestar Direct
Withdrew $60 from my account giving me a negative balance and took funds from my mortgage. Ripoff

I went to check my account balance and there was a check withdrawl for $60.00. I looked to see what it was for and it said Bluestar Direct. I have never heard of this company before. I had called the bank because it gave me a negative balance in my checking account and that money was supposed to go to my mortgage.

Since the bank paid for the extra insufficient amount for my mortgage, I have to pay the extra $33 in bank fees because of this $60.00.in essence this company ripped me off for $93.00 and I feel they should give that all back.
