Stole 19.95 from my account ripoff

This company stole 19.95 from my account. The charge was just there and it cost an overdraft fee. I called the number provided with the charge and this company had ALL of my personal information. I was furious! Everytime he said "my account" I told him I had no account and had authorized nothing. I demanded immediate credit and they did agree to that but not to the bank fee, they called my bank on a 3 way call to confirm that I hadnt disputed the charge yet and then they processed the refund.

My bank told me the only way they could protect me was to change my account. I have had to do this and all of my automatic payments and direct deposits are affected just because this company is able to legally defraud us! They are on a hotlist with my bank but until they are made illegal there isn't a lot they can do?
