Sending items not requested and billing unwanted items ripoff

I had originally ordered items from Noble Learning Systems, Inc., which I paid for by credit card. They are now sending unsolicited items that I neither asked for or wanted. They are billing them to my Amex card.

I get no response when I tried to contact them to Cease and Desist!
