Is a ripoff

I was offered a credit card offer for aline of $2500 in May. They said that they were going to withdrawal a fee on the credit card after I recieved it and activated it.instead they withdrawled close to $200.00 out of my personal bank acount.

I called several times asking where the credit card was and they assured me it was comeing in the mail. It never came! I called once again and they said they had a address problem and that they would send it out right away. Know it's august 26th and no card. I have been ripped off and my account exposed and overdrawn by corrupt immoral human beings, that the world should expose of!
