This fraudulent company contacted me regarding assistance with my small business. I was told that for only $1 I would be sent an information packet by mail explaining the benefits they offered. The $1 was just to verify that I did have an active checking acct and there would be no charges assessed to my account until I decided to become a member. One week later these crooks stole $149.95 from my account. I had to borrow money to cover purchases made before my acct went further into the negative. I was told by a very unprofessional representative that I could cancel my membership which I never said I wanted in the first place and my money would be refunded in 30 days once I sent the "packet" back to them. The letter I received said the packet would be mailed in 2-3 weeks so I can't understand why it can't just be not sent out and my money refunded. I was rudely hung up on by the rep (Louis) in the cancellation dept when I tried to ask more questions and get some clarification. I have received the run around by more rude representatives, the managers direct number goes to a mailbox that's always full and I have even left messages for the President of this scam, Mr Dennis Mario, that have gone unanswered. It is shameful that crooks like this prey upon hard working people trying to build businesses to enrich their lives. Any help or suggestions are welcome.
