Received a belated letter in March saying congratulations you have won $10,000 fast cash. Send notarized enclosed affidavit, along with picture ID and photo. Upon receipt check willbe mailed within 90 days.
No communication received.
I sent certified mail, receipt requested on July 5 and again on July 31. I have the signed receipts, but they refuse to reply to my follow up letters.
They just ignore me.
