Advertised free sample then charged me $119.90. Refused to pay, now they threaten to put me on a bad credit list ripoff

This company aired an ad on a local radio station urging listeners to "call for a free trial" 3 (three) times within the ad. I called the company and specifically asked about costs to me. I was told I would only have to pay $9.95 for shipping and handling.

Then I started receiving bills for $119.90. When I called customer service, I was told that the sample was not free—that it was a "risk free trial" and that if I wanted billing to stop, I would have to return the empty jars, which I had already discarded. The bills continue to come and now the company is threatening to put me on a bad creddit list.

I am outraged by the lack of ethics in this advertising campaign and intend to fight back. Is anyone else interested in filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or notifying the state attorney general? I think we can accuse them of mail fraud, since they are billing for a product that was misrepresented as a free sample.
