OK so my sister in law gets this real legit looking "prize announcement" for 1.4 million dollars and we being the skeptical types decide to search it pon the net to see if it is or not cause they are asking for 19.99 in cash, check, or money order when i came across the previous rip offs that was reported and so i decided to throw my sister-inlaws story to the list
