Act like they take payment but dont deliberately trying to make us late

They act like they take the payment, but several days later i see our bank account has not budged. My wife and i like to make payments ahead and we pay perfectly... We are not in the bad category of loans they must have.

The representatives are worse than the worst debt collection company of the nation.
My wife and i choose to pay over the phone instead of sending checks, after all they get an extra 9.00 for doing it over the phone.

So this weekend of 7-15-07 i will be skipping down there corp. Officers and their home addresses and phone numbers to them and there family to let them know how they are running there company is wrong.
I would love to join any class action against this company as they truly deserve it.

Fdcpa... When is it gonna require recorded, and documented conversations as we all know when you get off the phone with them, that they can put whatever notes they want in and or just dont put in that they talked to you anyway.

Fyi... I made the calls on my cell phone, so i have record of the calls.

Now, with my hifi stuff i have here, i will be recording them and strengthening my case against them.
Consumer portfolio services will not run over this family.

Charles E. Bradley, Jr. Has been the President and a director of the Company since its formation in March 1991.in January 1992, Mr. Bradley was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and in July he was elected Chairman of its Board of Directors...

Ive allready started my investigation of this company, and i will not stop.
