Con artist, scammer, preditor Ripoff

Pat Brigg's is a conniving individual that attempts to trick people out of there homes or land, he prefers people down on there luck and tries to get them to sign papers like purchase agreements and get then in a position that he can take there home or land. Most recently I watched him preform for some people and go out of his way telling him how is such a good guy while he was tryingto screw them out of there homes. He is very dangerous and I would actually suspect a little mentally ill. He made this big performance on how he was going to close on this property and told them he swears he is good to go, and less then 5 minutes later when no one could hear he said flat out "I had no intention on closing on that property what so ever!

My only question is how people like him continue to do bussiness? He is a preditor type person who is not regulated by any real estate commision because he is NOt a realtor. He should be put out of bussiness, DO NOT get a loan from him, do not sell or buy a home from him, you will get the bad end of the deal no matter what he says.
