Vprewardsus, vistaprint, shopping Essential rip off charges, 14.95, from 2 dif names of co., SHOPPING ESSENTIAL & VPREWARDSUS Internet

I've received 4 charges of 14.95 from 2 dif. Companies, Shopping Essential & Vprewardsus. I found out that both companies are link to Vista Print (I called the number listed on the cred. Card statement for VPrewards, and it endup to be Vista Print, so I complained to them. I read on usacomplaints.com that several people got charge from them as well. If you have ordered business cards or stationary from them in the past and use the $10.00 discount, you are authorizing them to have these 2 companies charge you 14.95/month. When was I informed and For what? I don't know... The lady I spoke to when I called VPrewardsus can't explain it very well... But she said they've credit my card back already. I know for a fact that it's not voluntary on their part. I've contacted my credit card company before I contacted them... I signed an affadavid and authorizing the credit card company to investigate. I got another cred. Card statement this month and one more charge came up and I called them (Shopping Essential, and they issue a refund right away. She said they already cancel my so call "membership" already and I will not get any more charges in the future. I think they are under investigation, and that's why they do it right away. It works when you have a big name company contact them, they are more then willing to do it because they are afraid... I didn't take any chances, so I asked to cancel my card and send me a new one...
