I asked my ex husband to leave three years ago because of abuse to me and our 3 year old special needs son. He did and took every thing even my clothes. I got a restraining order against him giving us joint cusidy of our son. However i only see our son when it is conventient for him and have no access to his medical information. Chandra Quay was my atterney and was well aware of my problems always claiming to be working on them, but never got any responses for them. When we went to court for a divorce and custdiy, Chandra Quay again told me i will get cusidy, my belongings and alomony, since i had wittness and documents to every thing. However when we were in court chandra Quay told me the judge refused to hear any thing about anything i was to give my abusive ex husband joint cosidy since our son was threating to commit suicide if he had to live with me. We argued all day with me refusing to give up anything with out a trial. Chandra threatened me with jail if i did not agree eventually claiming to have new paper work for me to sign, a paper admitting the judge did not want to hear anything and i agreed to go to court for everything in june. I did sign that order. However i found out i was divorced and i signed the order i refused to sign. When i finally spook to chandra about this she called my witness liars and said i wanted this order in place and to get over it. Chandra Quay and the family crisis center of baltimore tells me i am not allowed to have my file back, so when we went to court for contempt i was held in contempt for not bieng able to follow the order i refused to sign. Do not go through the family crisis center or chandra quay for anything they will put you in jail and you will have no clue what is going on.
