Tried to extort money for delivery of so called lottery prize

I reveived an E-mail from Britiah Tobacco stating I won $1,500, 000.00USD & to claim my winnings I would either travel to England or pay a courier, in this case they used Amtrak Couriers. The amount they wanted was over $1,000.00 & the money would be dispersed in 10 monthly installments, which would bring shipping charges to over 100,000.00USD.in my opinion that's EXTORTION.
