Sold jewelry that is not authentic

I am really not sure who I am dealing with. This was an Ebay purchase. I sent payment to an Angela Dole in Mt Pleasant SC. I got the Tiffany Jewelry and although at first glance it looked nice... It turned out to be fake. When I contacted the seller she referred to her sales listing and said that because she stated in the ad that sales were final and because she did not advertise the item as authentic or genuine that she had no duty to refund me. She offered to do an exchange however, which I did not want. I spoke with someone I know in law enforcement that unfortunately said that she is correct... That if the item is not held out to be authentic then she is in the clear. I wish I had asked all the right questions first but I did not know. I am filing this report so anyone else out there will ask before they buy so they don;t get stuck with an item they don't want. I have seen other reports filed that are similar. I tried to call the seller but only found an Angela Dole, not Doyle in Mt Pleasant SC.
So good luck to other buyers looking for a good price on Ebay... Ask questions first! Maybe I can get a refund if I pester Angela enough!
