Dishonest, terrible customer service, lie about refund of $325.00 they owe me, lie and said its been sent 3 times, where is it!

I pre-paid for a nursing class and had to cancel. I paid $325.00 and requested a refund on 5/15/07, today is 6/28/07 and i still do not have it. They do not answer the phone or return calls. They said 3 different times it was mailed out. But i have not received anything. Next step is taking them to court.
