The rep that finally called me back was rude and refused to let me speak to anyone else. Said i could not refuse or return the shipment for refund as it was against company policy. I asked her to stop the shipment and she said she couldn't do that either, b.S.
I work for a manufacturing company and we retreived shipped packages all the time. Never authorized the $99.95 they charged to my account and never received any product they said they shipped. Total complete ripoff!
