Bad Check that I never wrote. Wanted info, but none given ripoff

I have requested information on this so called "bad check" and they only give me a name of the company. Not the check number. Not when it was written. It is not even on my credit report. I have a fraud protection on my credit report now so they cannot add anything special. These people are frauds and cannot answer simple questions about there tax id # and there license numbe
