Still recieved product fraudulently even after refusing this and many other offers, what next ripoff

I was called repeatedly untill they finally got me personaly on the phone. They had the last four digits of a credit card of mine and insisted that i signed up for a program that got me a numer of different products for a discoun price. I refused profusely and told them to take me off their list of calls. After spending almost 20 minutes on the phone with a female "cancelling" me from all of these product programs i still recieved these ridiculous dvd's two weeks later.
