Pepsi ignored notices to pay doctor and hospital bills, for mother-inlaws injuries ripoff

Back in september my mother-inlaw (who now in 87 years young) and I where in Krogers store in Garden city, Michigan. We where walking down a main isle and this pepsi deliver man was coming toward us, i was walking beside my mother inlaw. The pepsi man was walking very fast pulling a wagon with empty 2 liter cartons on it. There were numerous rows and cartons on his wagon. He had one row that looked very high maybe 7 feet off the ground or more.

As he got closer to use he turned to our right down an asle, as he turned the cartons began to lean towards us, MY mother in-law was talking to me I was on her left, she was looking at me, i could see the cartons leaning very quickly, all I could do is stop Walking and grab my mother in-laws left shoulder, to stop her from walkin in the cartons that were ready to fall on her.

Thank GOD that i was able to stop her from walkin into all those falling empty cartons, they fell in front of her and beside her. I dont know how many hit he but I did see one hit the floor and bounce up and hit her leg.
THE pepsi man just picked up his empty cartons and left. He didn't ask if we were alright or apologied for his recklessness. Some of the kroger employees came over to help my mother in-law and took her a chair to sit down she was very frighten and hurting in her leg.

After we got our composure i was able to take her to her doctor. She had to have x-ray, physical rehabilition and prescriptions.in the last 9 months I have been talkin to Sedgwick CMS trying to get the information to them about my mother in-laws claim first they didn't get the doctors medical reports three different times.

Thera Matrex (physical Therapy) sent there bill 6 times to Sedgwick, but Sedgwick they never got them. NOW they called (Sedgwick) and offered to pay $5600.00 Doctor bills and $1400.00 for my mother in-laws pain and suffering, when she ACCUMULATED $6656.27 IN DOCTOR AND HOSPITAL BILLS. Sedgwick told me my mother in law or I could negotiate with medicare for the $900.00 differents, so i told them i guess I will have to find a lawyer and she the rep. For Sedgwick said do what you have to do and hung up in my ear.
