I ordered a birth certificate from these people. On 5/29/07 they told me they had sent it out and that the order had been completed.

Since I am elderly and retired, I made it a point to be home at the mail delivery time, every single day. No certificate ever came.

I wrote to their customer help desk at least 5 or 6 emails, they kept telling me they would reply soon. They never, ever replied to my emails.

This is a rip off outfit beyond compare. They have no real address, just a post office box, and they have no real telephone number, just an automated voice telling you to contact them on the web or by email only.

I think I have lost my money, but I have notified the BBB of Tennessee just the same. Don't know if they can help, but I did tell my credit card company the problem to try and get a refund. Hope it works.
