Charged my account $18.95 without me approving it and their is no complete phone number to call and ask question on this account

Starting in May I noticed the entry for Shopping Essential on my bank staement and have been trying to find a phone number to call to see what is going on. The phone number on my bank statement is incomplete and my bank is unable to tell the last diget. The number on my statement is 888-243-610.
I do not know this company and never heard of them before they started showing up on by bank statement.
Beings I do not know who they are I would like them to stop and return my money.
