Ripoff can't cancel acct looking into class action anyone interested

Was billed over $100 and can, t cancel account they say they can not locate my account and noone ever gets on the line when you call. I filed a complaint with BBB and 2 with rip off. I am seeing now a lot of people are having same problems. I am looking into a class action suit if anyone is interested my email is (ROR REDACTED E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)
