Ripoff, dishonest company

This company contacted me in May spent 30 minutes convincing me they could sell my timeshare that week if I signed on and paid their fee of $899.00. I paid $300.00, then they charged my Visa another $200.00 without my knowledge or permission, and nothing was ever done to sell my unit. Then they wouldn't answer my emails or phone calls.

When I finally did reach them I was told that I couldn't get my money back until after one year had passed. I tried to contact them this week (after the year had passed) and found that they are no longer viable at the previous address and email addresses that I have for them. I would really like to get my money back!
