This company almost stole our home from us. First our home was sold to this company w / out our knowledge. We sent our normal mortgage payment in to our previous mortgage co. And asc called us stating our payment was late, i didnt have a clue as to who they were or that our mortgage was sold to them, we never got any thing in writing stating so. They advised us not to worry that the old mortgage co. Will forward our payment. Prior to them calling to advise us that we were over 30 days late i had sent out another mortgage payment to the old mortgage co. Again, asc stated the payments would be fowarded to them. They suggested i make a payment over the phone which i did. And was charged extra. Then about 2 weeks later our nightmare began. We received foreclosure papers. And our 2 checks that were fowarded were never cashed and they wouldn't accept them. They stated that they never recived them. They made us wait 3 months while they reviewed our file. Putting us 5 months behind and demanded 2500.00 and our payments were going up to 1500.00 a month from 1092.00 we paid the 2500.00 and then i sent the next payment of 1500.00 dollars. They gave me a north carolina address to send the payment, i kept checking my back account and the money was still there, i called them on the 29th of nov to see if they received the payment, they advised no. Not to worry. I called again on the 2nd of dec. They advised they did not recieve my check by the first so they couldnt accept the payment. And advised i sent it to the wrong address it was supposed to go to maryland. And the idiot on the phone asked me why didnt i just pay it over the phone when i called on the 29th. I advd him i was never given the option or i would have to save the agony of going thru this again. They sent the payment back to me on the 6th, stating i broke our agreement. Again went into review for 3 more months which now puts us behind 8 months. Everytime you call there, your on hold for hours. One time i waited on hold for 145 minutes and then they disconnected the line, in the meantime they are still proceeding w / foreclosure process. After the three months was up, someone finally sent us a letter stating we owed 3500.00 and our payment were going to be 1700.00 month, we sent them the money, and reistated our loan. Then i sent the next mortgage payment in cert mail, to be signed overnight. To make sure i knew they received it on the first. I got confirmation they received it and they still stated it was late and sent the check back, then here we go again, another three months in review. We now have a sale date on the house for feb15th, and they have to review again, this time they say, we will review and wont sell your home until the review is done. This time they wanted 6500.00 and 2100.00 a month, we were almost bankrupt at this point, my husband had to take the money out of his 401k. Because our credit is now destroyed. And cant get a loan. We paid the 6500.00 to stop the sale. And a family member paid off our mortgage, so the house is now paid for, but we have a huge debt to a family member. The house was paid for in april and they still havent reported it to the credit breau. Our credit is destroyed because of this company, and i am so glad to be rid of them. I can finally sleep at night knowing me and my husband and our 4 kids have a roof over our heads. I hope someone takes this company down. They are the biggest frauds going. This company goes by america's servicing co, but is wells fargo
