National Consumer Resource Center
Let's get our refund back! Ripoff

Education & Science

If you have been browsing the internet for the true scoop about National Consumer Resource Center's true intention with your contractually obligated "refund" you've found the right article.

If you are not interested in the gory details stop right here and be confident that you will NEVER receive your promised setup fee.

Fine, now that I have your attention, let's begin.

I worked for National Consumer Resource Center for over 12 years. My position allowed me to see the inner workings of the companys operations. Besides having the most penny-pinching owners Corporate America ever saw they happen to fit the Websters Dictionary definition of scoundrels to the "T". Enough of the trash talking and lets get to the point.

Approximately 1.5 years ago the owners of the company, due to lack of foresight and improper management, realized that if they were to pay off all of the "refunds" that were owed to future "graduates" (those clients that had successfully finished the debt management program) the company would go under. I remember the company meeting vividly. They sat us, the ones who were left anyways, down in the cafeteria and explained that they would have to restructure the business or else "we wouldn't be able to eat." Soon thereafter our customer service department started getting irate calls regarding these refunds. Shortly after that clients would call in to express their concerns about their bills not being paid on time. Truth was that the company was going through a metamorphosis. They would start a new company, namely, CRS Financial Services, www.crsfinancial.net, and Tickin & Rodriguez Law Center, http://trlawcenter.com/.
They acquired a semi-reputable firm in Delray Beach, Big Solutions Inc. (BSI), http://www.mybsi.org / who they slowly but surely were running into the ground.
Some may call this diversification but simply put, its a way to get rid of the bad apples, you, the client that has been waiting for their refund, and the ones that they cant possibly transfer to one of the new companies. Thats right, all of these companies are affiliated, partly owned by the Rubino Family and they try so hard to hide it. Ooops. Ams, crs, t&r, bsi, ncrc, dcg. How many more will they come up with and how many more clients must face the same fate?

Let it be known that they intend on dissolving National Consumer Resource Center and your refunds (estimated to be over $1.3 million dollars of YOUR MONEY) off their back. They are currently in the process of transferring non-trouble accounts to one of their new faces and I am in the process of attempting to contact ex-clients to hear what they have to say about this.

Im not a competitor looking to talk down about NCRC. I was employed at NCRC and saw what went on behind the scenes. I saw your pleas for refunds through the customer service emails. There are many of you out there. I felt that I had to tell the clients, those who are left, that you are dealing with a bunch of crooks. We have to do something before NCRC disappears and shows its ugly face in the form of another corporation.

Whether you are a client or a lawyer I would like to hear your input. Email me at iwantmyncrcrefund@gmail.com so we can get the ball rolling BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.
