It is the size of a post card, green and states a postgram. On the front it states official bussiness and there address underneath. Where the stamp would be present, it states first class mail, U.S. Postage paid nme.

On the back side of the card, there is a list of options, certified, first class and bulk. It is marked on the box of first class. It asked to call the toll free 1-800 number stated on the front of the card. Also a tracking number is listed.

It states they are trying to get a hold of me regarding my $2,100, 000 sweetstakes entry. It also add, an offer of a discount magazine package after the entry is complete.
