ERAI had no legal status in main land China or a proper bank account till recently.

Recently a survey team to China revealed around 150 members in this part of world who has ERAI certification tag are able to sell their refurbished, fakes and counterfeits world wide. Most of them are illegal and unauthorised exporters who send out packages as samples with declared value as low as 100$ no matter it contains 50000$ worth of goods inside the package.
Many flybynight exporters among them have accepted openly that ERAI collect money from any one which become status symbol and marketing tool for multi billion counterfeit industry.
